So that we don't have to watch each other walk down opposite paths.

So that we can survive together.

Brass Balls

If you never gain the courage to say what you truly mean, your ideas will never meet reality.

If you never give others the courage to speak the truth, your perception will never be complete.

Conscious

Conscious laziness and unconscious forgetfulness.

Both are unacceptable.
Both cause failures.
Both are easily corrected.
Both take the mental strength of a leader to overcome.

Not everyone has the strength.
